The Position:
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Turf Care Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our golf course turf and surrounding landscaped areas. Your work will ensure that golfers enjoy pristine fairways, well-maintained greens, and smooth bunker conditions. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality turf maintenance and enjoy working outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Turf & Course Maintenance: Mow, trim, and edge golf course turf areas to maintain high playing standards. Perform daily bunker maintenance and assist with seeding, fertilization, and aeration.
- Equipment Use & Maintenance: Operate and maintain specialized turf care equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, trimmers, and blowers. Report equipment issues or required repairs.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, wear proper PPE, and handle turf treatments responsibly. Respond to emergencies such as severe weather or equipment malfunctions.
- General Course & Grounds Support: Assist with seasonal preparations, landscaping tasks, and maintaining a clean golf course environment. Engage with guests by providing course information when needed.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Experience in turf care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is an asset.
- Ability to operate mowing and trimming equipment safely.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License preferred.
- WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certification an asset.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Availability:
- Full-time seasonal position from April to mid-October.
- Must be available for early morning, daytime, and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
