The Position:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As the Sous Chef, you will play a key role in assisting the Chef with menu development, overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food and hospitality to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Availability:

Full-time seasonal position from April to mid-October.

Must be available for evening and weekend shifts, particularly during peak resort events.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience.

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
