Position:

This position is responsible for providing a welcoming environment for golfers and customers to come and enjoy Gleniffer Lake Golf Course.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

– Opening and Closing Pro Shop

– Beverage cart, Snack Shack, Patio, and Pro Shop shifts

– processing merchandise, food, and beverage transactions

– Check-in customers for golf

– Restocking products and supplies

– Daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures

– Answering phones and replying to emails

– Assist with tournaments and league nights

– Operating golf carts

– Preparing café style food and beverages

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

– Interpersonal skills

– Ability to run a POS system

– Food prep and service

– Communication skills

– Leadership skills

– Problem-solving abilities

– Ability to work as a team as well as individually

Job Requirements:

– Valid AGLC Proserve

– 18 years or older

– Valid driver’s license

Experience:

– Retail or customer service experience preferred

– Serving experience preferred

– Golf experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• SPRUCE VIEW, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Food service (preferred)
• Customer service (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• ProServe (preferred)

Work Location: One location
