Key staff recruitmentI am pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the rigorous recruitment process for two key positions at our resort.
For the Food and Beverage Manager role, we received 67 applications. The administrative team played a crucial role in the interview process and in ranking the candidates. Greg Switner will be starting on February 28, 2025 and is looking forward to revitalizing the Landing space.
For the Operations Manager position, we had 95 applicants. Both the administrative and water operations teams were actively involved in the selection process. Scott Chant ( our previous part-time Water Operator) will be starting on March 17, 2025 and is looking forward to bringing a wealth of experience in the Operations world to the resort.
The recruitment process was thorough and well-defined, ensuring we selected the best candidates for these important roles.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this successful outcome.
I have provided an introduction of Greg and Scott below.
Please help me in welcoming Greg and Scott to the Gleniffer Lake Resort and Country Club family.
