The Position:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our dynamic food and beverage team. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing top-notch service, managing guest orders, and ensuring that all service standards are met. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining and back-of-house areas while adhering to health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guest Service & Order Management: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Dining Area Maintenance & Event Support: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, set and clear tables promptly, and assist with special events, banquets, and resort functions.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to ProServe certification standards, follow alcohol service regulations, and observe food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Payment Processing & Administrative Support: Process payments accurately, present checks to guests, and assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Inventory & Team Support: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, report shortages, and assist with restocking. Support team members during busy service periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Guest Issue Resolution & Communication: Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated to management when necessary.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in all food and beverage outlets and assist with special events as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
- Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- ProServe certification or willingness to obtain.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
Availability:
Seasonal full-time position from April to mid-October.
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts, particularly during peak resort events.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
